Makes my hair white like I like!

Manic Panic's Virgin Snow needs to be sold in larger jars since it is so awe-inspiring! I was coming up for this kind of manufactured goods forever. Like all toners, but, care must be made to ensure color is long-lasting. This means that this manufactured goods is not permanent and will fade. I bleached my hair to a pale yellow and used this manufactured goods as a toner. My hair is finally white- I like it!
Fantastic for salt and pepper hair, too!

I like this manufactured goods and wish it would come in larger quantities. I am a 53 year young lady with 80% silver hair. It's long and curly. I wanted a manufactured goods to shape up it so I could wear it long and not have to contend with the frizzies. I have a LOT of hair but the silver hairs are fine and like to frizz. I first shampooed with Pantene Silver Expressions, towel dried my hair and massaged the Virgin Snow Manic Panic all through my hair. I then place on a shower cap and did geek work for 30 summary. After this I rinsed out the Virgin Snow Manic Panic and place some Pantene Silver Expressions conditioner on my hair. I rinsed this out and towel dried my hair. Viola! Lovely, white-silver and fantastic curly hair that doesn't frizz. So now I can conceitedly wear my hair to my waist without it frizzing in this dreadful humid climate we deal with. I only wash my hair every 10 days to keep it conditioned. I will use this Virgin Snow Manic Panic at LEAST once a month! I recommend it for all silver foxes and silver lovers, too!
Incredible

It didn't tone my hair at all. When I stirred in some purple it worked a small better.

This manufactured goods left some of my hair an dreadful brassy blonde, transformed some of it into the fantastic white that you seek, and then was kind enough to place large lavender patches in my hair. I wouldn't recommend it at all. It was so inequitable that I had no choice but to ditch my blonde hair, which is now incredibly hard to dye over since of said dreadful manufactured goods.
