Many people are concerned about the current scare of getting the swine flu.  This virus spreads from human to human and has already killed many people in Mexico.  In the same way you can prevent in getting the cold or flu, prevention against the swine flu is similar.  By applying the following tips, you can reduce your risk in catching the swine flu.

Wash Your Hands
In order to limit the risk of “catching the swine flu” or any other infectious disease, you simply must wash your hands.  I know it sounds simple but maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene care is one of the most effective ways of avoiding infection and keeping you from getting sick.   The biblical record clearly indicates that diseases are communicable and that the best protection against them is to prevent their spread.

Cleanse Your Body Internally
A body detox is essential in preventing you from catching any disease or getting sick. The build up of toxins formed in our colon will stress our body and make it a challenge to deal with other potentially dangerous viruses

Drink plenty of Filtered Water
Water is essential for all living things and keeps your body operating optimally while improving the way we feel, look and live. Without sufficient amounts of water, you may experience routine fatigue, dry skin, headaches, constipation, and a decrease normal bodily function, which may lead to your body unable to fight off diseases.. Without water we would literally dehydrate which could result in the shutting down of vital organs and ultimately end in death.

Thus, we increase the risk of getting sick.A healthy, deep sleep allows our body to release a significant amount of growth hormone that boost immune system and aids in the growth and repair of the body.

Eat Healthy Foods and Avoid Sugar.
Nutritious food plays a major role in boosting your immune system and keeping your cells healthy. Good nutritious good will give your body energy and the essential ingredients needed for a healthy body.
Consuming sugar harms your health and has no nutritious value at all. Just a small amount of sugar has been proven to impair white blood cells up to 50% for very short periods of time, making it more challenging to fight other foreign dangerous invaders.
