Working Your Way Through An Anxiety Attack

One of the secrets to minimizing an nervousness attack is to learn to work your way through the nervousness attack.   Anyone who has ever undergone the panic and suffering that accompanies an nervousness attack knows the feeling of dread that is pretty much indescribable to anyone who has not experienced person this sensation.  Follow these tips to help work yourself through the nervousness attack:

Reach out to friends and family who know what you are going through.  This is not an effort to look for pity, but a chance for your friends and family to help you when you need it the most.  You would do the same for them, so give them the chance to help you.
